    On the 18th October we gathered together for a delightful morning tea to celebrate an amazing milestone for our lovely resident Irene May Charles known to all as ‘Aunty May’ who turned 106 years of age.     Australian Scientist discover Alzheimer’s breakthrough

    Australian scientists have made a breakthrough when it comes to the future of Alzheimer’s diagnosis. It has been discovered that a combination of iron reducing drugs after early brain scans could effectively lead to reducing the symptoms of dementia with researchers finding that high levels of brain iron in patients is connected to cognitive decline.     Residents and students team up to create stunning artwork

    The residents at Seabrae Manor Aged Care Living, together with the Term 4, Visual Art Students of Grace Lutheran College recently teamed up to create a stunning interactive sensory piece of artwork.     When it comes to hosting celebrations, the staff and residents at Seabrae Manor Aged Care sure know how to walk the walk.
