Every month residents are invited to a special ‘Chef’s Table’ where they are treated to an elegant 3 course meal served directly by our Chef Andrew!
Our residents had the opportunity to enjoy mouth-watering fine dining at it’s best, while exchanging stories and reminiscing about days past.
For entrée, mushroom risotto with a mushroom puree. For the main course, it was a beautiful fresh snapper on a bed of cauliflower puree and couscous and pickled fennel salad. And last but not least, dessert was a divine violet crumble pavlova. Who doesn’t love pavlova? Yum!
