They say laughter is the best medicine, so Seabrae Manor Aged Care wanted to put this to the test. Residents were surprised with a new ‘laughter’ activity that was held in the coffee hub.
There were lots of costumes, headbands and crazy hats!
Not long after taking a seat in our coffee hub, residents were already in stitches as they watched their friends put on silly hats and costumes. The afternoon was spent laughing at each other in costume while making funny animal noises, telling jokes and riddles. There was even the use of a horn and Tamborine!
It was just what the doctor ordered, the smiles, dancing and laughter was the perfect prescription to end the week..
