Bon Appetit’

Seabrae Manor Aged Care have been treated to a delicious three course fine dining experience.

The menu included puree of mash potato and beetroot for the entrée. There was pork and vegies for the main and individual mini pavlovas topped with fresh fruit and cream for dessert. Yum!

Everything was appealing to the eye and to the stomach! The meals looked like they were right out of a magazine, and they tasted pretty good too.

The residents were thrilled to have been part of the dining experience and are looking forward to the next special event!
