Chapman House is named in honour of Janet Chapman – the aged care leader who helped build the aged care framework for Castalia Group from a blank canvas, developing the care frameworks, clinical systems and quality standards that guide every home in our portfolio today.
Her belief was simple: aged care should feel like home. Chapman House carries that legacy forward in every room, every policy, and every interaction.

Serving the Moreton Bay community since 2014, with a strong compliance history and a dedicated team of registered nurses, personal carers and lifestyle staff.

A registered nurse is on site around the clock, every day of the year. Residential, respite, memory support and palliative care all available.
FRESH MEALS DAILY
Our onsite chef prepares fresh meals every day. Real food, prepared with care.
